4. I played and thoroughly enjoyed the first Designer City, and I am playing through the series. This is different than the original, but so many aspects are copied over which gives a familiarity that is nice but not to bore you. I like working through the building process and getting surprised by little things I never saw before. The challenge is to grow a city and maintain a balanced employment. Then build a logical city layout. If your interested in this type of gaming this series is GREAT!
5. Relaxing drawing up a city, but with graphics and animation representing Middle Ages. I have no artistic skills, but this allows me a sense of creativity and consideration as I grow a village into a city. I used (it doesn’t feel like playing) Designer City daily for four months auntil most space was built upon, and now I have moved on to Designer City: Empire Edition. It is free with few ads, but I spent $27.99 for resources and because the Sphere Games Studio people deserve for this excellence.

Player Bad Review:

1. Let me rephrase that, I am happily uninstalling your game. I pay gold for a building and get free upgrades, I pay cash and pay for upgrades. I don’t start by paying cash then unexpectedly get charged gold for the same building. And if I must suffer this where are my ‘FREE’ upgrades for purchasing a building with gold????? Unacceptable. Goodbye.

2. Game is great. That daily bonus thing however is a stupid joke. If you can’t give out more than 1 gold, then what is the point? At least give an option to opt out of the dangers thing! This cost you one star, btw. You replied that the daily bonus grows with each day you play. BS! I play this every day at lunch and EVERY single day all i get is 1 gold! I really don’t care. I play to just waste the hour?! 10/17/2020 – how’s this then? Uninstalling!

3. I have been playing city/ build it games since the first sim city decades ago. Thought I’d try this as a fun diversion from work – I give it 4 stars for the idea, & 5 stars for the graphics, very nice; but, less than 1 for the controls – it has the worst, most unituitive, unusable controls of any build anything game – I have ever played. Ashame, because I would have enjoyed the game – if it was not extremely frustrating to build roads, & buildings where you want. UNINSTALLING, Therefore one star
4. As with many of these games, once you reach a certain number of critical buildings you have to start paying real money instead of game money. Deleted.
5. Pretty boring compared to Designer City 1… i think the devs should have focused on one game instead of wasting time with this.
